আমরা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব অর্ডার ডেলিভারি করার চেষ্টা করি। সাধারণত ডেলিভারি সময় ২–৫ কার্যদিবস হতে পারে।

তবে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে:

• কুরিয়ার বা লজিস্টিক সমস্যার কারণে

• প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে

• সরকারি বা অন্যান্য ছুটির কারণে

• রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতার কারণে

• ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানার কারণে

• গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা সম্ভব না হলে

• আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে অন্য কোনো পরিস্থিতির কারণে

ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের ওজন, ডেলিভারি লোকেশন বা ব্যবহৃত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পেলে ডেলিভারির পর ১ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

রিটার্ন গ্রহণের জন্য সাধারণত:

• পণ্যটি ব্যবহার করা যাবে না

• প্যাকেজিং বা ইনভয়েস থাকলে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে

• প্রয়োজন হলে ছবি বা ভিডিও প্রমাণ দিতে হবে

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডের বিস্তারিত নিয়ম আমাদের আলাদা Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।

অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হতে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
